Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and MopRobotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the best method of quickly cleaning up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests come with top-quality mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind. You can also schedule cleaning tasks with an app and monitor their progress.1. Roborock S8 maxV UltraThe Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combo. It comes with the most recent features. This premium vacuum is quick and agile and was able to pick up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface that comes with a miniature map of your home as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control. The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to adjust the cleaning mode based on the level of dirt. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.The mop's roller has many other smart features, including docks that can be connected to the plumbing system in your home to wash and clean it without you having to manually refill the mop. You can also make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant of the S8 using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls with your voice.2. Yeedi CubeIf you're looking for a hands-free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's among the many combo robot vacuums with mopping features that are also available at a lower cost than competitors. As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however, the robot can start mopping and vacuuming with ease. It's worth noting that the mapping process takes some time and it could take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection is an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a rug with tassels that it had to flip over to release itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those who need an all-in-one solution for cleaning.3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo CompleteThe Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubs. This results in floors being cleaned and not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot. This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and some additional intelligent features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home's surroundings and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app lets you customize various settings that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries. The X2 Combo is also self-prepping, with both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging base after each task to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for an additional charge during cleaning.4. Eufy S1 ProAs one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle-avoiding. It also features an innovative mopping technique that utilizes a roller continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and deposit it in the water tank. Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also very high, which means this model may not be as easy to set and forget as the other models. The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to an ongoing basis. Eufy's app lets you control all its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of options for configuration.5. Freo X UltraThe Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good accuracy, and the application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which could be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums. The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system also includes smart carpet detection, lifting the pads up when they're near soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them. The docking station acts as a hands-free maintenance centre that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they need to be emptied.6. S10This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office clean. It can also reach the corners of my small apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your area which allows it to know where not to go. robot vacuums best has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule within the app and adjust settings for every room in your home.It features the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and is able to distinguish between laminate and carpets with high-pile carpets. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to reduce time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities it is a great option.7. Q5 ProIf you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great choice. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to remove tangled rug tassels, and its battery drains a little more quickly than other models in our tests. The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did very well. It has a range of cleaning modes, from the low power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It can even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, and not leave your carpets soaked.8. K10 PlusThe K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used even in small spaces. It's very quiet and fast, and it does a good job of navigating tight spots. It also does a good job of removing pet hair off carpeting. It's smaller than many of its competitors, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has decent suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they are not picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and are not tied to your account. It is great at vacuuming, but not as great at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and then it drags them around the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
