Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and MopIf you need to clean up your mess quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops that I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were tangled. You can also schedule cleaning chores using an app and track their progress.1. Roborock S8 MaxV UltraThe Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum. It comes with the most recent features. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a mini map of your home and a few buttons on the screen for manual control.Another notable feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more often when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.The mop's roller has several other clever features, including a dock that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8, you can use voice commands to control the cleaning mode of your room and provide precise control with just your voice.2. Yeedi CubeIf you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mopping capabilities that are priced lower than competitors.Like cheap robot vacuum , the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves establishing an account with the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot can begin cleaning and mopping easily. It is important to remember that the mapping process may take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get a good picture of your living space. The object detection feature is not perfect. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and needed to turn to get it out of the way. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do all of the above.3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo CompleteThe Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just being swept. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to get into places that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach. This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to alter a variety of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries. The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging station after each job to wash their pads, empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in bags that self-seal. This keeps the system clean, and prevents allergens recirculating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring a charge mid-clean.4. Eufy S1 ProThe Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop model that offers impressive features at an affordable price. It has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets and an excellent obstacle avoidance. It also boasts a unique mopping system, that uses a roller that is continuously dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank. Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. However, it had trouble with finely engrained debris and didn't always remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model may not be as simple to set and forget as other models. The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin as well as dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. You can control all its functions via the Eufy app. It provides a clear overview and plenty of configuration options.5. Freo X UltraThe Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top vacuums/mowers that are available. It provides amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with decent precision. The application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which could be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums. The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them with. The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they are cleaned.6. S10This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office tidy. It can also reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and camera to create a 3D-map of your home so that it knows what to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums. It also comes with other notable features, like the self-emptying dustbin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also alter the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. If you're looking to cut down on time, it will avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. It's a great option if you have a mix of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.7. Q5 ProThis robot is a great option when you're looking for a versatile robot that can handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's quite quiet and can maneuver between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to remove tangled rug tassels and it's battery drains a little quicker than other models we tested in our tests. The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't score quite as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still performed very well overall. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for rooms with carpet. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.8. K10 PlusThe K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for people who live in cramped areas. It is very silent and fast and it is able to navigate tight spaces well. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting. It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they won't be picked up again during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account. It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, however it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bot's bottom, and then it drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
